Sports Participation Information

Students who wish to participate in athletics and their parents must register with FinalForms.com to complete the required paperwork. A copy of a current physical must be submitted to the athletic office prior to try-outs and participation. In light of CO-VID 19, NCHSAA has made temporary changes to the physical examination requirements.  Students whose physicals were obtained on or after March 1, 2024 through May 1, 2025 will be allowed to use that physical for the 2024-2025 school sports seasons.
